Frequently Asked Questions
Your safety is our top priority
Our bioethanol fireplaces are designed for safe and controlled combustion indoors and outdoors and are tested according to DIN EN 16647. High-quality materials, a sophisticated burner system and the use of Monster24 bioethanol ensure reliable and convenient use in your home.
Why is the combustion clean?
Why is the combustion clean?
Burning bioethanol mainly produces water vapor and a small amount of carbon dioxide – without smoke, soot, or ash. In combination with our Monster24 bioethanol, a clean, odorless, and even flame is created.
What are the security features?
What are the security features?
Our bioethanol fireplaces are equipped with two combustion chambers that safely hold the bioethanol and burn it in a controlled manner. Thanks to the two combustion chambers, an empty chamber can be exchanged for a full one in a few seconds, allowing for a virtually continuous flame.
Robust materials such as stainless steel and tempered glass (borosilicate glass) also ensure stability and safety in daily operation.
What should be considered during operation?
What should be considered during operation?
When used indoors, ensure regular ventilation.
For safe operation, we recommend using Monster24 organic ethanol. The combustion chamber must only be refilled when completely cooled down. Avoid refilling during operation.
Furthermore, maintain a sufficient distance from flammable materials. By observing these instructions, the bioethanol fireplace can be operated safely.
How much heat does the bioethanol fireplace give off?
How much heat does the bioethanol fireplace give off?
The bioethanol freestanding fireplace is designed for decorative fire display and is not intended as a heating device. However, the flame does emit natural heat and can – depending on room size and outside temperature – increase the room temperature by a few degrees.
When should accessories be replaced?
When should accessories be replaced?
Most fireplace components and accessories are designed for a long service life – here's a brief overview of when a replacement makes sense:
Combustion Chamber:
A replacement is recommended for aesthetic reasons if discoloration occurs after prolonged use. Functionally, it can generally be used for significantly longer.
Fiberglass Wool for Combustion Chamber:
It is also durable – but depending on use, we recommend changing the wool after approx. 6 months to keep everything clean and reliable.
Snuffer & Other Accessories:
You only need these parts as needed – entirely according to your preference. If they look worn or you desire a fresh look, a replacement is possible.
Quality that lasts. Safety that convinces.
The unique design, high-quality materials, and workmanship ensure that you can enjoy your bioethanol fireplace for many years to come.
Comfortable glass frame
Thanks to an integrated fitting, the glass cylinder fits precisely onto the metal body and sits securely in the designated area. At the same time, the fitting separates the decorative stones from the glass cylinder, which allows for comfortable and secure placement and removal of the glass cylinder.
Heat-resistant safety glass
The glass cylinder made of extra-strong borosilicate safety glass (6 mm) offers high heat resistance, exceptional robustness, and a crystal-clear appearance – for maximum safety and a brilliant flame pattern.
Design that works everywhere
The timeless design blends harmoniously into any environment, making the freestanding fireplace a stylish focal point both indoors and outdoors.
Monster24-Bioethanol

Super Kaminofen 👍🏻
Richtig schön, gut durchdacht und toller Kundenservice!
Er zaubert etwas Magie und Gemütlichkeit. Leicht aufzubauen. Flammengröße varierbar, optisch schön und wie beschrieben.
Schnelle Lieferung.

- kein Geruch
- kein Ruß
- sicherer Stand
- leichte Bedienung
Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.

Sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit dem Produkt. Easy in der Benutzung. Absolute Kaufempfehlung! 👍🏻
This completed my terrace project! Sturdy, classy looking, easy to use, and safe. So calming to sit and look at it too.
Sehr schönes Terrassenfeuer. Kam gut verpackt an, einfache Handhabung.
