Excellent customer service!!
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the parcel delivery service. The Monster team quickly made an effort to solve the problem. However, since this took longer than expected and I urgently needed my goods, a new package was promptly sent to me. The second one also arrived within the next 2 working days.

Absolute recommendation to buy!
I bought a bioethanol fireplace from Monster 24 and have reordered bioethanol several times. Delivery only takes a few days and the fireplace is beautiful, plus no permit is required for it. It can be used both indoors and outdoors. Absolutely recommended!

Romantically beautiful
We don't have a large garden and the properties are close together. Using a fire bowl is not possible due to smoke development. With the Luxury Flame package, we once again have an open fire with some warmth. Truly romantic, as it should be. The smaller one looks perfect on a living room table.

It's even more beautiful in person than I imagined. The craftsmanship is very good and the product is packed securely enough for transport. Now summer can come. The package was stuck with DHL, but when I inquired, customer service responded immediately and very friendly, and I received the delivery announcement the very next day. Absolutely recommended. How long does shipping take?
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, and for international deliveries within 4 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
