Frequently Asked Questions
Your safety is our top priority
Our bioethanol fireplaces are designed for safe and controlled indoor and outdoor combustion and are tested according to DIN EN 16647. High-quality materials, a sophisticated burner system and the use of Monster24 bioethanol ensure reliable and comfortable use in your home.
Why is the combustion clean?
Why is the combustion clean?
The combustion of bioethanol primarily produces water vapor and a small amount of carbon dioxide – without smoke, soot, or ash. In combination with our Monster24 bioethanol, a clean, odorless, and steady flame is created.
What are the security features?
What are the security features?
Our bioethanol fireplaces are equipped with two combustion chambers that safely hold the bioethanol and burn it in a controlled manner. Thanks to the two combustion chambers, an empty chamber can be exchanged for a full one in a matter of seconds, allowing for an almost continuous flame.
Robust materials such as stainless steel and hardened glass (borosilicate glass) also ensure stability and safety in daily operation.
What should be considered when using it?
What should be considered when using it?
When used indoors, ensure regular ventilation.
For safe operation, we recommend using Monster24 bioethanol. The combustion chamber should only be refilled when completely cooled down. Refilling during operation must be avoided.
Furthermore, maintain sufficient distance from flammable materials. By observing these instructions, the bioethanol fireplace can be operated safely.
How much heat does the bioethanol fireplace give off?
How much heat does the bioethanol fireplace give off?
The bioethanol floor-standing fireplace is intended for decorative fire display and is not designed as a heater. However, the flame emits natural heat and can – depending on room size and outside temperature – increase the room temperature by a few degrees.
Which accessories should be replaced when?
Which accessories should be replaced when?
Most fireplace components and accessories are designed for a long service life – here's a brief overview of when a replacement makes sense:
Combustion chamber:
A replacement is recommended for aesthetic reasons if discoloration occurs after extended use. Functionally, it is usually usable for a significantly longer period.
Fiberglass wool for combustion chamber:
It is also durable – but depending on use, we recommend replacing the wool after approx. 6 months to ensure everything remains clean and reliable.
Extinguisher rod & other accessories:
You only need these parts as needed – entirely at your discretion. If they look worn or you desire a fresh appearance, a replacement is possible.
Quality that lasts. Security that counts.
The well-engineered design, high-quality materials, and superior craftsmanship ensure that you can reliably use your bioethanol tabletop fireplace LUMIRA for a long time.
Unique glass setting
Thanks to the integrated fitting, the glass cylinder sits precisely and securely on the metal body. At the same time, the fitting separates the decorative stones from the glass, allowing the cylinder to be comfortably and safely attached and removed. This facilitates handling and ensures a consistently clean, tidy appearance.
Crystal clear safety glass
The borosilicate safety glass cylinder offers high heat resistance, exceptional robustness, and a crystal-clear appearance – for maximum safety and a brilliant flame pattern.
Fits everywhere - impressive design
Its timeless design blends harmoniously into any environment, making the floor-standing fireplace a stylish eye-catcher both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its compact size, the table fireplace can be placed almost anywhere and used flexibly.
Monster24-Bioethanol

A fully filled LUMIRA combustion chamber (approx. 120 ml bioethanol) burns for 1.5 to 4 hours.

Heizt gut.
Sieht gut aus. Allerdings wird der Fuß sehr heiß. Das kenn ich anders. Man muss also den Untergrund schon schützen.
Passt wunderbar in unsere Lounge.
