Application
A full PYRA combustion chamber has a burning time of approx. 2 hours.
The cost per full filling is €1.19 and per hour from €0.60.
The fire pit is placed on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface outdoors or under a suitable canopy. To start it up, the combustion chamber is removed from the PYRA pellet stove, filled with commercially available wood pellets, and ignited manually. The combustion chamber is then reinserted into the stove according to the operating instructions.
Only wood pellets may be used. Other fuels are not permitted. Use must be in accordance with the operating instructions.

Where can PYRA be used?
PYRA is designed for outdoor use only and must not be operated indoors or in enclosed spaces. Use the pellet fireplace exclusively outdoors, for example in the garden, on the patio, or on the balcony. It can also be used under suitable coverings, provided that sufficient distance, air circulation, and safety are ensured.
Does burning produce smoke, soot, or ash?
When used correctly and with dry wood pellets, there should be no significant smoke development. Over time, however, soot may accumulate on the glass cylinder, which can be easily removed with a damp cloth. Ash automatically collects in the ash pan below the combustion chamber and can be easily emptied or replaced with the spare pan once it has cooled down.
Can the fireplace burn unattended?
No. The PYRA pellet fireplace, like candles or other fireplaces, must never be operated unattended. Only let the fireplace burn if an adult is nearby and keeping an eye on the fire. Safety always comes first.
Do special pellets have to be used?
No, commercially available wood pellets, as can be found in many hardware stores, can be used for the PYRA. It is important that the pellets are stored dry, as damp pellets can lead to increased smoke development when burning.
