The Fireal Wood & Pellet Fireplace is a decorative fire pit for private outdoor use. It runs on wood pellets or small pieces of wood and produces a real flame to create an atmospheric ambiance on patios, balconies, and in gardens.

Do I need to ventilate during operation?
Yes, it is advisable to ventilate regularly – especially in enclosed spaces. Bioethanol burns cleanly, but it produces CO₂ like a candle. Brief ventilation after operation is completely sufficient.
Is there a risk of soot or ash?
No. Bioethanol burns completely & cleanly – with no ash, soot, or residue.
Can I leave the fireplace unattended?
No. Just like with candles or open flames, the fireplace should never be operated unattended. Safety always comes first.
Do I need to use special bioethanol?
Yes, you should only use high-purity bioethanol (96.6%). We offer this directly – for clean, safe, and odour-free combustion.
